1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by White Elephant Transport Co., Ltd. (“Company”), including transportation bookings, customer support, or partner arrangements, you (“Customer” or “User”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

The Company provides premium, legally licensed transport services under the brand LuxMoveThailand.com, including chauffeur-driven and self-drive vehicles. Service types, vehicle availability, and pricing are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.

3. Bookings and Payments

  • All bookings must be confirmed in writing, via our official platform, or through authorized channels.
  • Full payment or a deposit (if applicable) is required to secure a booking.
  • Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, or any method approved by the Company.
  • All charges are subject to applicable VAT and government taxes unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made in writing or via the official communication channel.
  • Cancellations received 24 hours or more before the service: full refund.
  • Cancellations received less than 24 hours before the service: 50% cancellation fee applies.
  • No-shows or cancellations at the time of service: non-refundable.

5. Responsibility and Liability

  • The Company shall not be held liable for delays due to traffic, road closures, weather, or force majeure events.
  • Clients are responsible for their personal belongings during the trip.
  • Any damage to the vehicle caused by the passenger(s) will be charged to the booking party.

6. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must follow all applicable laws and refrain from illegal or disruptive behavior.
  • Harassment, aggression, or misconduct toward drivers or staff will result in immediate termination of service without refund.

7. Vehicle & Driver Compliance

  • All vehicles are fully licensed, commercially insured, and maintained to meet Thai Department of Land Transport regulations.
  • Drivers are professionally trained, certified, and undergo regular screening.

8. Data Privacy

The Company collects and stores customer data in compliance with Thai data protection laws. Information may be used for service delivery, marketing communications, or customer support. We do not sell or disclose personal data to third parties without consent. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further details.

9. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. In case of dispute, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

10. Amendments

White Elephant Transport Co., Ltd. reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on LuxMoveThailand.com or provided upon request.
